It has always been a joy to communicate with Klaudia as she is always very pleasant, helpful and willing. She has a great attitude and very hard working ethic. James Springett SEN & Support Development Specialist Protocol Education Klaudia came to our school for long term cover in a reception class first then our year 2 class. During her time with us Klaudia worked alongside the class teacher and other teaching assistants to support the learning of pupils in literacy, numeracy and general class room duties. Klaudia is a hard worker and engaged with the daily duties with out supervision , she takes the lead in behaviour management strategies and makes sure every child is safe and secure. She got on with her duties in a very professional way. When supporting the teacher in year 2 Klaudia supported a child with special educational needs and severe speech and language needs, during this time she built a strong relationship with the child and this impacted on the child's learning in a positive way.
